Chef Ricardo Lory CC is the Founder and Executive Chef of Global Performance, providing culinary solutions designed specifically for athletes, teams, and sporting events.
As an ACF Certified Culinarian, Chef Ricardo leads performance-focused food service operations ranging from team travel and tournament hospitality to full-scale culinary management. Working alongside coaches, operations staff, and sports dietitians, Global Performance develops customized programs that align with training schedules, travel demands, and performance goals.
Backed by experience executing high-volume events where timing, consistency, and hospitality are critical, Chef Ricardo believes every meal should do more than satisfy hunger it should support recovery, preparation, and peak performance.
